How Do Your Apps Work with the General Data Protection Regulation?

Makellos's mobile applications retrieve your devices region in order to determine your location in accordance with the European Union General Data Protection Regulation. If the mobile application determines your location is within the European Union, you will be prompted with the option to disable targeted advertisements. This operation is carried out locally, meaning no information about your location or device settings is shared with Makellos or its partners during this set-up. If you choose to disable targeted advertisements, some application features may be disabled, but only if they require targeted advertisements to operate. Whether or not a mobile application's feature requires targeted advertisements is justified at the sole discretion of Makellos (for example, a Reward feature may be connected to a specific advertisement provider that only displays targeted advertisements, therefor that feature would be disabled). Under no circumstance will Makellos deny user access to software for disabling targeted advertisements.
