✻ Common Reason: Short or Poor Gameplay
We don't want you watching advertisements for longer than you're actually playing the game. If you're not so great, keep practicing to perfect your gameplay and this feature will become available. Great players get great rewards!
✻ Common Reason: Rotation
Depending on which application you are using, this feature may automatically rotate itself, meaning it will enable/disable itself based on your gameplay stats. Play a few more sessions to see if the option enables itself.
✻ Common Reason: Your Settings and Region
If you reside in the European Union, our applications will recognize this and give you the option to disable targeted advertisements. What this does is cease connection with our advertising partners that provide targeted adveritisements. This does not disable advertisements in the application, however it may cease connections that the Reward Video option utilizes. If so, this option will be disabled to respect your privacy and rights.
Some apps need an internet connection, while some only need a connection for certain elements. Either way, we always recommend playing with a connection so your myMakellos Cloud Save can always be synced live. This also ensures you have full access to all features and bonus events!
If you need to play without a connection, go ahead! Just note that some elements of the gameplay may be temporarily unavailable.
TLDR: Do what you want, player! Just don't ghost the grid for too long.
To make it easy, if the game, website, or service supports the language that your device is set to, it will automatically display that language (unless you choose to change it). If the game, website, or service does not support the language your device is set to, it will default to English.
Each product supports its own set of languages, and language support may be added or removed at any time.
When you make an In-App Purchase (IAP), Makellos Games does not have access to any of your payment information. Your purchase is processed through the merchant that you downloaded our game with. If you would like to request a refund or dispute a transaction for any reason, please refer to the online store you purchased the item (IAP) through. We are unable to process refunds on In-App Purchases, because they are transactions that haven't been made with Makellos Games directly.
All In-App Purchases (IAP's) are transactions processed by the online store that you used to download our app. (Example: Apple® App Store®, Google Play Store™, etc.)
The Makellos App ID is a deprecated feature that was used in our Legacy Titles. If the app you're using offers this, please note that the app is no longer supported. Makellos Support cannot assist you with the app and services in the app may not function properly.

If you have made a purchase in one of our games but never received what you purchased (like diamonds, cash, or other content), please wait up to 48 hours. Sometimes it can take up to 48 hours for your transaction to process through the merchant (Apple® App Store® or Google Play Store™) and appear purchased in the game. We are very sorry if you experience any inconvenience, this doesn't happen often.
If it has been longer than 48 hours and you still have not recieved the content you purchased, you may contact the merchant that you purchased the content through. (Example: Apple® App Store®, Google Play Store™, etc.)
